Lake Shore’s staffing model is based on the philosophy and practice of “Servant Leadership”.  Servant leaders achieve results for their organization by giving priority attention to the needs of their colleagues and those who serve.

The ten characteristics are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of others and building community.

Lake Shore III Corporation is One of a Kind because we believe each of our banks and clients will be One of a Kind.
